• Assist HR in his daily operations.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Preparing weekly Leave schedule of employees going on leave.
• Sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the concerned and Liaise with accounts department for payroll.
• Visa Renewals – Organize for renewal of employment visas thru PRO.
• Update and maintain employee files in the database.
• Coordinate with the Accounts department for enhanced functioning.
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer calls from employees, clients and other stakeholders regarding their inquiries
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
